Launched in summer 2005, The Setai has built up a reputation as the most stylish address in Miami. Legendary hotelier Adrian Zecha sought to introduce Asian traditions of simplicity and elegance, which offer a cool and tranquil retreat from the fast pace of the city.

New for 2007 is suite 3701, equipped with an in-room spa, sauna and media screening room, it is perfect for both corporate and individual entertainment. Alternatively, The Setai’s studio suites start at $950 and are designed in striking teak, granite flooring and fine silk. Continuing the prevalent Asian influence, The Restaurant at The Setai presents chefs from India, Thailand and China respectively. Diners experience the resulting cuisine amongst the tropical gardens, seated in private ‘pods’ or around the large exhibition kitchen.

Surrounded by floor to ceiling wine cabinets, the range of steaks on offer are sourced from naturally reared, hormone free cattle and feature alongside firm favourites, such as lobster, salmon and delicious salads. To complement the new menu, the sommelier has sought out true gems from both world famous and lesser-known vineyards, to form an extensive and impressive wine list.

The Spa at The Setai follows a holistic approach, which has dictated the range of products, treatments and applications offered. This practice does not just encompass spa treatments but can be extending through to food and diet menus.
